(2) Rapid Refund Sure (₹249/pax/sector): instant refund when the airline shuts down, when you cancel and the airline would take 5–7 days to process, or when a flight is delayed 3+ hours and you choose not to travel. (3) Smart Saver / Cancel for Any Reason (₹399/pax/sector): cancel up to 24 hours before departure for a 100% refund; available on selected flights only; SmartSaver fee itself is non-refundable. All three products are add-ons at checkout during booking.
